Hey everyone,

I was wondering if anyone has any information regarding behavioral health housing. I purchased my first property last year and I want to see if I can rent my home out to behavioral health company and company like it. If you have any information or steps on how to achieve this let me know!!

@Nicholas Williams if you are talking about renting the house as a group home to a particular entity then identify entities that house the type of people you want to house and see if they are looking for an additional group home. I think the advantage is longevity, the disadvantage is wear and tear.   You also might want to review if your home is a good match for this type of activity, a larger number of bedrooms, usually more than 1 bathroom.  For some types of housing single level is better and they may be happy to hear from you. If you are talking about doing it on your own that is more difficult.
