Asset Manager Agreements
Hi,
My cousin and I are looking for help in setting up joint venture and/or fund agreements. Our current strategy is the BRRRR model with investor funds and to roll the finished properties Into a fund for long term hold. We are closing on our first home with friends and family money and we are looking for a solution or an attorney with existing contracts that we can pay to modify them to our company.
We are just starting out and any help would be appreciated.
