Looking for advice and legal help

Hi, i recently purchased a home. It has not been nothing but problem since purchasing it. I've had water all over the basement and unlevelness in the floors, etc. Close to 50k in undisclosed and repairs I feel that the previous owners had to have known about. They lied on the disclosure and lied to me in a discussion about the previous issues or general ask about the property. For explain I asked about the water in the basement. Because on the discloser in the "water" section. It stated yes but in the "sump pump area" only. I asked them to explain they said that the water is only coming in one area, and flows directly into the sump-pump pit. But, i get one evening after work and the entire basement is flooded. I tried talking to my realtor about having a conversation with the sellers. My realtor's broker, told her after I signed at closing the contract was finished, they that they didn't want to get involved to contact an attorney. So I'm looking to get an opinion on if I have a case to go back on the sellers for repairs and damages. Thank you for the help and opinions.
