Im trying to track down owners of vacant homes. I have been bouncing around between a few sites and its too time consuming. Can anyone suggest a site where they usually DO have the property owners up to date info??

@Javon Dixon Start with the easy stuff, like take @Account Closed up on his generous offer!

Find the seller.com or Private Eye.com are two sites I have used. I currently use Accurint which is a nexus Lexus product. It costs $150+ a month. However even that often does not have a phone number.

Cell phone numbers are particularly hard to get and many people today do not have land lines. So even I bounce around to various sites. Yes being a successful investor takes time. In MD you can go to judiciary case search. If there is a recent case against them there may be an up to date address in the case file. Also a Google search or social media can be used to find people.

Good luck - Ned
