Wholesaling in Colorado

Hello,

I've been going to some local meetups and though they are great I'm not connecting with anyone who does wholesaling. Just thought I would reach out and see if anyone would be interested in connecting. If your in the Denver metro area that would be great but if not I would still like to have a group that would be interested in discussing wholesaling. Just looking for like minded people to interact with.

It might be because wholesaling's tough. A lot of buyers rich enough to compete in the Denver market in the last few years had plenty of money down. And everyone likely has pretty good equity, so the number of troubled homeowners has been lower in Colorado than other parts of the country for years.

I also just dont see a lot of wholesale deals come across my inbox that have enough meat on the bone to make it worth it.
