Looking to close first deal
I’m looking to connect with real estate wholesalers or anyone willing to offer guidance as I work toward closing my first wholesale deal. About a year ago, I made some mistakes that led to prison—but that experience became the turning point of my life. It gave me a new perspective, discipline, and a deep desire to build something meaningful with integrity and purpose.
Since coming home, I’ve dedicated myself to self-improvement—studying real estate wholesaling through books, podcasts, and online training—and now I’m ready to take action. My goal is to become a successful real estate investor and use this opportunity to create a better future for myself and others.
If you offer mentorship, that would be incredible, but even guidance, advice, or recommendations for helpful (and preferably free) apps, software, or resources to help me get my first deal would mean the world to me. I’m open to learning virtually through Zoom or in person, and I’m driven, hungry, and ready to put in the work to make this dream a reality.
