First wholesale deal confusion
My name is Angel, I am a new wholesaler that landed his first deal (dm on Facebook if interested) but it being my first deal I'm a little nervous and curious about covering myself and making sure I don't get caught in anything, I have one contingency in my contract that says if I can't find the right financing, I can back out of the deal. Does this completely cover me or does more need to be done to make sure I'm not stuck with the deal if no one wants it?
