Recommendation for a Good Cold Caller/VA

Hi everyone, I am new to this community but have been wholesaling a year and a half. I want to scale my business and hire a good cold caller/VA to enhance lead flow (I already do SMS/email campaigns). Can anyone recommend a good service that does most of the work-meaning the VA company hires, trains, and manages the callers KPI's and calls and will send me warm leads to close.

That can definitely help with scaling, but I would just be careful with the "done for you" VA companies.

A lot of them sound great because they say they will hire, train, and manage everything, but the reality is many investors end up paying a lot and still having to manage the quality themselves. Cold calling is very dependent on the script, the list, and how well the caller can actually hold a conversation.

What I have seen work better for many investors is hiring one VA directly through platforms like OnlineJobs or Upwork, training them on your exact process, and then tracking simple metrics like dials, conversations, and leads. It usually costs less and you have more control over the quality.

At the end of the day the real value is still in the conversations and follow up once the lead comes in, so the key is making sure whoever is calling understands how to identify a real motivated seller and pass you the right leads.
