Wholesales online strategy

Darrin Bundy Jr
Posted

Im Darrin, I recently moved my family to a beautiful beach house in Rosarito Beach, MX... so im looking to make some money online and want to try my hand at wholesales, I lived in Orlando for years and figured I'd start there. I don't plan on visiting any properties just handling things 100% on line. I should be getting my propstream account this week and am open to any tips or advice to do this efficiently and successfully.

You can definitely wholesale virtually now.

Just don’t fall into the trap of thinking this business is mostly software and skip tracing.

It’s really conversations, follow up, and learning how to recognize a real deal.

Stay conservative on your numbers early. Serious buyers remember wholesalers who send clean deals.
