New to wholesaling

Hi everyone — I’m brand new to wholesaling and looking for guidance from someone experienced who wouldn’t mind mentoring me as I learn the business. I’m eager to learn, open to feedback, and willing to put in the work.

Right now, I’m trying to better understand:

• How to generate and structure wholesale contracts
• How to build and grow a solid cash buyers list
• How to find and analyze good deals
• The overall step-by-step process from finding a seller to closing a deal

I’m not looking for shortcuts, just someone willing to share knowledge, answer questions when I get stuck, and help me avoid beginner mistakes.
