looking for a mentor

Hi my name is Darren and I'm  just starting out but I've always been interested in real estate. I live in Ventura County Ca and I would really like to find a mentor that can take me by the hand and show me how to wholesale properties as well as fix and flip etc... Someone that can teach me everything there is to learn about real estate. I'm open to working for someone and earning as I'm learning or someone that can just at least teach me enough so i can wholesale my first house. I'm a truck driver and I've been doing that for over 30 years and I'm tired of it and I want to really make some money and I'm ready to do real estate. So if anyone would be willing to mentor me I will be forever grateful.

@Darren Logan

i don't think "looking for a mentor" is the right approach.

just go to meetups and network.

house hack if you can.

wholesaling in particular is going to be spectacularly difficult if you're employed full time.
