For those of you generating leads consistently, what’s the biggest challenge you’re facing right now with lead generation getting enough leads, keeping lead costs down, or turning leads into actual deals?

For us, it’s not getting enough leads anymore. It’s getting the rest of the operation to move as fast as the lead engine does.
Once volume starts compounding, the bottleneck shifts downstream: qualification, enrichment, follow-up, handoffs, remembering who said what, keeping stale leads from clogging the pipeline, and making sure the right next action happens without waiting on a person to reconstruct context.
That’s where most teams quietly lose money. They optimize cost per lead, but not time-to-decision, time-to-follow-up, state accuracy, or conversion friction.
So the real challenge becomes throughput: can the operating system absorb more demand without creating more chaos?
That’s exactly the problem we’ve been designing around—moving the cognitive load and continuity out of the person so the business can keep up with the speed of the opportunity.

Absolutely. That’s a great point. We’ve seen something similar. Once lead volume increases, the challenge shifts from generating leads to managing them efficiently. Speed-to-lead, consistent follow-up, and keeping good data/context on every lead become just as important as the lead source itself.
A lot of opportunity gets lost in that gap between “we generated the lead” and “we actually converted the lead.”
