how to begin wholesaling

Hello, 

I just completed a 3 day Rich Dad Poor Dad seminar where I learned enough about wholesaling to peak my interest.  I would love to start wholesaling immediately! I am just unsure where to start.  I know that all I have to do is take one step at a time.  This is my first step.  Thank you!

@Peter MacKercher gave some excellent advice. Stay away from GURU's. Try to clear your head of that nonsense. Attend your local REIA, Read the links Peter listed. Get some books from Amazon, and be patient. Believe me, it will take you at least an hour to get rich.
