Direct mail as a Real Estate Agent
Happy Friday everyone!
I'm a new real estate investor and real estate agent. I recently sent out a batch of direct mailers before I was issued my California agent license. This means that none of my letters have my CalBRE id# on there, or a disclaimer saying that I am not trying to take a listing from another broker. What are the repercussions for doing this?
What should I do in the future to avoid these problems and how are agents currently sending direct mail (for investing purposes)?
