Insurance Adjuster needed for a water damage claim

I have a tenant occupied property where the furnace went out causing the water in the pipes to freeze. The pipes broke when it warmed up causing substantial damage. I will be retaining an insurance adjuster to represent me in my claim. Please let me know what insurance adjusters typically charge to represent a homeowner on a claim.
