Analyzing properties in Memphis
Is there any site, company person I can pay to analyze a game property from a property management company? I want to buy a property from MidSouth Home Buyers and it say it’s a cash flowing property but I don’t know how accurate they are. Basically I’m ok paying someone to vet it.
