Turn Key property investing

Hi everyone,

I’m based in Houston and currently looking to purchase my first rental property in the Detroit area. I've come across a few turnkey companies, but I’d love to hear from others here — what companies would you recommend or avoid based on your experience?

Also, I’m weighing the pros and cons of working with a local investor-friendly agent versus going the turnkey route. If you've been through either path, I’d really appreciate your insights.
