Student Housing looking tenants
WHello Everyone I need your expertise! I have first property it was long term but I decided to rent it by room to have better return I have students renting but I have a private and shared room open how do I find students? Is located in Springville UT I have been self managing this property for about 2 years now and now having that issue I got two clients to signed and canceled that contract for family emergency reasons! Appreciate your help!
