Short term or long term rental
Hello all. I live in NJ and recently sold my house and am renting as prices are too high in my area and there are almost no multifamily homes in my town. I have been debating whether to buy a home for short term rentals in the Poconos vs long term rental in Allentown or Easton, PA. Any advice on what might be better given the current market? I work full time but am leaning towards short term rental strategy despite it being more work potentially.
