Need help with getting started

Hey all,

I'm an investor in NYC that is priced out. I'm looking to move into  investing inOhio but don't know where to start.

Anyone have a vetted team that you work with? Lender? PM? Team?

I'd love to hear some of the deals that you have worked on and learn from the community.

Right now, NYC is nuts. I bought three 2 family houses prior to covid, but now you can't find anything below 1.1 in class B neighborhoods or below 700 in Class C.
