I’m currently working with several multimillion dollar investors looking for real estate opportunities across the country. They are not looking for syndications and are interested in acquiring individual assets or portfolios where the numbers make sense.

I may have some opportunities that could fit. I work with investors across Ohio, particularly Cleveland, Columbus, and Dayton, and we see both off-market and listed deals across multifamily, residential, and other investment properties. If your buyers are open to the Midwest, Ohio is definitely worth a look for the combination of lower acquisition costs and potential cash flow.
