I am suing the provider that was recommended to my by GRE. GRE boosted them on a podcast even after I called and talked to Naresh of GRE about how they couldn't keep up already. They ignored my request and my project was buried. All my projects have taken longer than contracted. The slowest BRRR took a year to be renovated. It was under contract to be renovated in 90 days. I am still waiting for a tenant placement. The provider now will not pickup the phone. I not longer want advice from GRE.
