Complete and Total Failure

Failed my way through life, dreamt of being a real estate investor and got ripped off my entire life, by agents, contractors, tenants. you name it.  Mostly myself though, I did everything wrong, had all the bad luck, now I can barely pay for basic necessities. I even had apartments, an industrial building, and it is all gone, somewhat by being cheated but mostly by stupidity.  Sheer stupidity.  So now in my 60's, no support, no relatives, a below poverty income, I have hung on to one measly acre near Tombstone.  Anyone have an idea how I can gain a much needed income from this one remote residential acre?

Hey Brenda! Real estate ruined my life too, but it did make me pretty darn wealthy.  I wish I could've spent my whole life partying like my friends but I sensed I had to get down to business in a serious way.  Sorry, back to the subject.... How about getting a trailer on the property, you move into it, and house hack your old house? Is the acre a residential? or boonies on the prairie? This might depend on what you can get away with.
