AIRBNB 1099 Where is it?

Burien actually. I used to get an AIRBNB 1099 but didn't get one this year. I have a little AIR unit that I rent in the summer for kicks and teaching da kids.  Made 9k last year but I didn't get a 1099. I called AIRBNB and according to them, the Big Beautiful Bill prohibits them from sending out a 1099 if income is under 20k.  I handed my tax info to my CPA and  included a note about what airbnb said.  I'm curious.  Is this taxable or not? Anyone know? I hate to ask my cpa right now, poor guy did not look well.

Yes - income received, whether you get a 1099 is taxable. You'll want to make sure this gets included in schedule e assuming that's the form you file.
