New in Tampa Bay — Looking for Local Meetups, Investor Connections, Renovation

Hey BP community, first post here.

My name is Seb— I just moved to the Tampa Bay area and I'm starting from scratch when it comes to building a local network :-)

Back in Germany I ran a property management and electrical engineering for years (20+ employees), while also building my own portfolio of residential real estate and a serviced apartment property.

Here in Florida, I'm now setting up my business, focused on renovation management and project coordination for real estate investors, flippers, STR investors.

My long-term goal is to invest and co-invest in Tampa Bay real estate myself — but first, I'd like to add value to other investors and learn the local market from the ground up. Would love to hear which meetups, REIA events, or investor groups you'd recommend, and happy to grab a coffee or beer anytime — feel free to DM :-)
