Looking for a mentor

Hello everyone I am a rookie investor in the Knoxville, TN area looking for a mentor. I am currently a senior in college at UTK and I'm doing a house-hack to save on living expenses. I am hoping to go into real estate investing full time after graduating so I'm looking for a mentor now to help me gain some experience. I can aid with any renovations, post listings, or any other operations that need to get done. I am very eager to learn and work.
