Lenexa, KS – 3BR Property Available for Airbnb / STR Master Lease

I’m a property owner in Lenexa, Kansas, exploring the possibility of leasing my 3-bedroom home to an experienced short-term rental operator.

I'm open to Airbnb/VRBO use with written authorization and would prefer someone who already has experience managing STR properties, strong references, appropriate insurance, and a reliable payment history.

I’m mainly looking for a 12-month master lease with the possibility of renewal. The goal is to find a responsible operator who can manage the property professionally while I remain hands-off from the day-to-day Airbnb operations.
