Just starting looking into real estate investing.

Posted

I’m not even sure what question(s) I should start with.  Do I need a real estate agent or a broker when looking for my first property to purchase?  If not how does that work?

1) listen to the BP podcasts…listen to as many as possible. 2) look at Zillow listings and start using the the BP calculator to analyze deals
