Looking to invest in Cleveland / Columbus OH - want to connect with other investors

Hi! We are a husband-and-wife investing team based in PA, looking to connect with investors in Cleveland and Columbus.

About us: we currently own 3 long-term single-family rentals in Philly. We've been happy with that market, but we're looking to diversify geographically and take advantage of the stronger cash-flow fundamentals we're seeing in Ohio. We're financing the next acquisition with a DSCR loan (approved).

We'd love to learn from anyone active in Cleveland or Columbus:

• Neighborhoods/submarkets you'd point an out-of-state buyer toward (or steer away from)
• Property management recommendations, since we'll be investing remotely
• Anything you wish you'd known before buying in either market
