New to real estate investing

Good Morning all,

I'm Tony. I've been in different avenues of real estate (property management, BPO's, real estate photography) but now I want to dive in and start investing. I'm currently interested in flipping homes and will eventually shift to rentals. I really want to understand every aspect of the deal. I recently purchased a home in Philly and plan to flip it. I'm learning as I go and documenting the journey. If it goes well maybe I can teach others. At the moment, I am looking for a good inspector/general contractor and am currently vetting title companies. If you know of any who services the Pennsylvania area, specifically Philly please let me know.
