Now that the easy part is over (yes, that was the easy part) you will need to research SEO or Search Engine Optimization.

Not sure why, maybe they want to create the appearance that they have lots of listings to offer, maybe they have good SEO, whatever.

I understand @Tim Spires' concerns about costs to get your site seen, but I think it's possible to do some up front marketing and hire a good SEO manager, and after a few months or a year, you might have enough organic search SEO power that you show up when people search.My concern is in the future and based on no evidence....that said, I wonder whether anyone will be Googling for STRs or VRs in 10 years.

Do you have a reliable lead generation engine akin to those described by BP podcast guests who are always from the US: driving for dollars, DM campaigns, cold calling via virtual assistants, evergreen website with traffic directed from SEO paid word searches, etc?

By actually, I don't mean teaching you how to theoretically (SEO, "we buy houses" campaigns), I'm talking about them actually getting a property in your hands at the right costs.

Guys,SEO , well at least the end goal of SEO is to be ranking high.

It is all about your SEO skills, credibility score, website speed yada yada yada.There are some basics I have no control over.
