Hi, rookie guy here. Question about management software. Has anyone used and can advise me on software for managing the properties and tenants? I want to start small but scale up with some speed. I am looking at Hemlane and TenantCloud. Any advice, opinion, or general info is greatly appreciated.

We use Baselane for our portfolio of 13 properties. It does everything that we need it to do from tenant screening, rent collection, expense tracking, security deposits, special fees. It also can assist with lease formation. The banking feature is great as the savings account offers an attractive APR and users can easily set up multiple accounts for each property type, each property and/or security deposit accounts. Our tenants really like the ease of rent payment as well. Also, transferring funds from one Baselane account to another Baselane accout or an external account is very easy and the external transfers are typically very quick (1-2) business days.
