with the recent change in market and economy, Wondering how people's experience has been lately with Section 8 vs student housing. Specifically in Troy, NY market. anyone having issues with funding for section 8 and assistance programs given the current economy?
IF you had the choice to go one way or the other, what would seem to be more reliable?
these are nontraditional community college students. Aka mid 20s , have part time jobs, and do not rely on family support for rent.
