Looking for an Equity Partner – 4plex Infill Project

I’ve got a lot tied up (in Eugene) for much less than the asking price in a great infill location and architectural plans are currently being drafted for a fourplex. We’re designing it under a middle housing land division, which means each unit can be sold off individually later — giving us two solid exit options: hold as rentals or sell them off one by one.

I’m lining up the equity needed to close on a construction loan and looking for a partner to come in on the equity side. I’m managing the whole process — land use, design, GC, and everything through closeout.
