Hello, Bigger Pockets investors!

If your rentals have turnover this summer and you aren't looking forward to answering calls, doing showings, screening applicants, etc. then consider hiring a property manager for tenant procurement only!

This service includes:

- Marketing with Professional Photos

- Communication with Potential Applicants

- Private Showings and Open Houses

- Tenant Screening with Credit Check, Background Check, Income Verification, References

- Security Deposit and Lease Set Up

- Move In Documentation

Our tenant procurement fee is equivalent to 1 month's rent. If you decide to use our full management services, we charge half a month's rent for tenant procurement and 10% of monthly rent for management.  Reach out if you have questions or would like to discuss your needs!
