College Newbie to REI

Hi all,

I am very new to the REI community, but it something I am very Interested in upon receiving my MBA. I also play college baseball so I do not have much spare time once I get back to campus. However, I am just looking for some advice for starting out. Maybe some "must-read" books any of you started out with or something along those lines. I also would love to just make some connections with those who are experienced and be able to learn from them. I am a firm believer in surrounding myself with people who are more intelligent than myself so I can grow and learn. I hope everyone is doing well. Thank you!
