Getting Feet Wet in Property Management in NJ
Hi All, I am unofficially starting my journey as a property manager. I am managing my parents property and I had a few questions for down the road when I want to truly want to continue this interest. If I want to turn into a "true" property manager in NJ, do I need just a real estate license or a real estate BROKER license? Could I just hire a real estate agent to show the listings and do the lease agreements and I could just manage the property so I don't have to get the Broker license? Thank you all for the help!
