Trying to understand BiggerDeals

New to BP, listening to BP Podcast I knew about BiggerDeals. Interested in Tucson I did a search and ALL properties show negative cash flows in Tucson at BiggerDeals. Could you help me to understand that? Is that possible?

It is possible, with prices and rates high currently, rents are taking some time to catch up in many markets.
