South Haven Michigan - Rental Properties

First time Bigger Pockets poster!  I'm looking to connect with anyone who has experience with short term or medium term rentals in South Haven, MI. 

Hi BP community - my husband and I have recently gotten into rentals in Michigan and are looking to expand. We currently own snd operate a STR in Saugatuck and are looking to expand. We'd love to expand on Saugatuck but unfortunately, there is a STR cap in Saugatuck. We've found a property in South Haven that we like but we don't know much about the rental market.
