A different approach to investing in real estate from what i am accustomed, or better, my comfort zone. “What do you look for in an investment? As Buy and Hold investors, we think long term. Cash Flow is King, but… We are sometimes willing to sacrifice cash flow for an “add to inventory property” (one that cash flows neutral or small positive) if it is in the right shape in the right geographical area.” But I’m glad i read it, i learned something new today.

I run an international real estate website and see that our UK property investors that are seeking the best mid term deals (i.e 5 years or so) for capital growth. The hot places seem to be those that sing the loudest in the USA at this time Florida and Las Vegas are doing a damm good job of turning the heads of the cold figure crunching overseas property investor. So what about other states in the US whats going on with real estate where should an international investor point his compass. Great exchnage rates, low prices its worth a look across the pond. I would be happy to hear your comments to pass on to my merry band of investment hopefuls
