Despite the name, they are not a typical "turnkey" service, since they help you find a great market property, connect you with contractors if needed, and then offer property management through Heather's Cohesion Properties if you choose. Some other "turnkey" providers fix and flip properties to you and take all the value out of the transaction - Corby does NOT do this. He is just a great realtor who communicates well and handles everything you want, while letting you take on the parts you want to control. Despite the name, they are not a typical "turnkey" service, since they help you find a great market property, connect you with contractors if needed, and then offer property management through Heather's Cohesion Properties if you choose. Some other "turnkey" providers fix and flip properties to you and take all the value out of the transaction - Corby does NOT do this. He is just a great realtor who communicates well and handles everything you want, while letting you take on the parts you want to control. I first started talking with Corby in the summer of 2020 as I knew Boise was an attractive market.
