About us


We are a mortgage brokerage that gives investors the best investment property type loan options to reach their financial goals. We partner with multiple lenders that work nationally in the investment property space so we are able to offer multiple loan options and programs since we are reaching out to multiple lenders to get you the best loan for your goals. We also offer very competitive rates since we compare multiple lenders. We generally beat rates from banks, hard money, direct lenders and most other mortgage brokers. 

We have over twenty years experience in the investor property world including in real estate sales, leasing, property management and mortgages. We work in 40 states for investment property loans except for Arizona, Idaho, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, Oregon, North & South Dakota and Utah.

Investor property loans or DSCR loans do not consider borrower income. The loans are based on current or projected rents (from the appraisal) and credit score.

We also do all residential mortgage property loans in California including, FHA, VA, conventional and jumbo loans. We have very competitive rates for FHA and VA loans. 

One longer term investor option can be to buy an owner occupied home or multifamily with a FHA or conventional loan and then rent it out in the future if you move out of the area for work, etc.

We have purchased many properties using other mortgage companies and Stacy was by far the best we’ve ever worked with. She has far superior investment lending knowledge than anyone else we have found. Investors, you need Stacy! During one of our transactions, everything went wrong that could, but she worked through problem after problem. She did more work than the real estate agents! This purchase would not have been completed if it weren’t for her. We plan to always work with Stacy in future. Thank you, Stacy!!

I worked with Bright Skyline for a fix and flip loan and then a refinance into a DSCR loan. They are easy to work with and explain everything very thoroughly. I also liked that Stacy, the mortgage broker I worked with, shops my loan to multiple lenders so I'm getting the best possible rate and terms and I'm not just stuck with one company's rate and terms. They communicated every step of the way which was very helpful. I also liked that they understand the investor mindset and the idea of building wealth through real estate. I would work with them again.

I had a great experience with Stacy at Bright Skyline. She made sure she knew what were my financial goals were before beginning. As a mortgage broker, she was able to contact different wholesale lenders who don't work directly with the public to get me the best possible rates and terms. She was easy and prompt with communication and thorough with explaining the process. Everything went smoothly and I would work with Bright Skyline again.
