G2Loans did a great job on a rental loan we closed on a few months ago. The process was easy and straightforward and was one of the few lenders we spoke to that would do a DSCR loan on an $80,000 purchase. Eric was very responsive and got quotes to me quickly whenever we had a new property we were interested in! We loved the quick responses that we could always reach out to ask questions. We are definitely planning to use G2Loans for our next rental purchase.

Eric and Steve over at G2 Loans were world class. Our experience with working with them was incredible. I am a Real Estate professional myself and have seen many different levels of professionalism and service - they are exceptional in both of those categories. Their response time was within minutes of emailing / texting them a question - if they didn't have the answer right away they told me to sit tight and that they would get back to me, which they always did. They worked with me and found financing partners that were eager to do my financing at great rates and terms.
