Best Realtor Around! My husband and I are homeowners and real estate investors. We have approximately 10 properties and have worked will several realtors. Wale is by far the best, most knowledgeable, most attentive realtor we have crossed paths with. He is truly about the client and finding a property that meets their budget and needs. Wale helped me from the beginning, as a new real estate investor, giving me important information and knowledge I needed and guiding me every step of the way. Any question I had, Wale was able to answer! He has a great team as well, and was able to refer to me to lenders, contractors, insurance brokers, and pretty much anyone I needed. He showed me several options of properties and helped me narrow down to the specific property I was looking for.
One of Wale's best characteristics is his responsiveness - he always answers emails and calls very promptly and kept open communication with me at all times. He enjoys what he does and brings that enthusiasm to his clients.

I am an investor with an intermediate amount of experience, and I therefore appreciate agents like Wale who have a keen understanding of what it is that investors are looking for properties.
wale is a very strong negotiator gets things done very fast and is extremely decisive which is some thing that I value highly in an agent as I do not have a full time career and do not have time for a lot of hemming and hawing.
Wale found and procured for me, a property I am very confident in it has provided the support and resources for me to effectively rent and manage it as well.

Wale was very open and very personable even thought he didn’t need to be. My situation over the phone was a little bit different and i suggested to him that i wanted to go the creative financing route in real estate investing. Most Realtors would’ve hung up the phone and wouldn’t bother wasting their time with me. Not only did Wale stay and talk, but he gave me amazing advice regarding the entire process and how we can possibly work together in the future. That’s something that stands out from him compared to other realtors i’ve spoken to in the past. Wale definitely has a big heart and it’s very obvious.

Working with punctual Realtors and contractors is my main priority and the very first step to working with them on buying properties and rehabbing them. Wale is a real estate investment wizard. We found him through bigger pockets and were impressed with his knowledge of real estate and the Houston market. We were fairly new to real estate investing and were looking to buy our first investment property in the Houston area. The market was extremely competitive and houses were selling well over the asking price. Wale took the time to understand our needs and found properties that aligned perfectly with our interests.
Once we found the ideal property, Wale ensured that we had our best foot forward by really marketing us to the seller and the seller's agent. He provided great recommendations on what we should offer to guarantee acceptance. Being out of state, we also needed assistance with various local services. Wale is well connected and was able to provide references for everyone including home inspectors, lenders, property managers, insurance agents, etc. He made sure that the process was smooth from start to finish and we made our first investment in the Houston area. Working with punctual Realtors and contractors is my main priority and the very first step to working with them on buying properties and rehabbing them. Wale is a real estate investment wizard. We found him through bigger pockets and were impressed with his knowledge of real estate and the Houston market. We were fairly new to real estate investing and were looking to buy our first investment property in the Houston area. The market was extremely competitive and houses were selling well over the asking price. Wale took the time to understand our needs and found properties that aligned perfectly with our interests.
Once we found the ideal property, Wale ensured that we had our best foot forward by really marketing us to the seller and the seller's agent. He provided great recommendations on what we should offer to guarantee acceptance. Being out of state, we also needed assistance with various local services. Wale was very open and very personable even thought he didn’t need to be. My situation over the phone was a little bit different and i suggested to him that i wanted to go the creative financing route in real estate investing. Most Realtors would’ve hung up the phone and wouldn’t bother wasting their time with me.
