Andrea Stephan is Awesome! She does a great job marketing your property if you are selling and does everything she can to help get the price you want for it. She also has done a great job helping us find new renters for our properties. She also is very detailed oriented and doesn't miss anything when reviewing documents or purchase agreements. She always has great advice and really listens to you before giving it. We absolutely love working with her and her team at Stephan Group Real Estate.

Andrea is a great realtor to work with. I am difficult with my schedule and she was always flexible with me. She helped me through the process of doing 1031 exchanges from single family to multi unit. In addition, she also helped me find a tenant for my duplex. She is great to work with and I look forward to the next acquisition. It is very nice to work with people who have been through the process themselves.
