Hey, hey, everyone! Jackie here, representing Las Vegas and ready to spill the tea on my incredible experience with Zen, my realtor, during the purchase of my second home.
As a second-time buyer in the real estate game, I was low-key freaking out about the whole process, but Zen made it a walk in the park. She's not only a knowledgeable real estate resource but also an up-and-coming realtor in Vegas, and I had unquestionable trust in her. Zen showed me up with several choices and helped me make the smart call on whether to sell my first home or keep it as an investment to increase my cash flow.
Now, let me spill the tea on the trickiest part—dealing with three different lenders and crunching numbers. Zen introduced me to three different lenders and showed me how to compare the numbers to get the best deals. I was able to waive transaction costs since I had three lenders interested in working with me. Zen had my back the whole time, holding my hand and guiding me through the lending process like a boss. We would look at the numbers almost daily whether to buy points, how to get discounts on points, find the best home insurance, lower my cash to close, and so much more. We pretty much spent every call analyzing which lender was the best to go with. With the builder, she used her negotiation skills to score me a massive $65,000 discount on the luxury home price! And get this—she even got a fat 2.5% reduction on closing costs. I was shook by her expertise!
Throughout the whole construction process, Zen kept me in the loop and made sure all the luxury upgrades and features I desired were included in the home package deal. Trust me, the kitchen is next-level beautiful with its luxe backsplash, quartz countertops, and an extended island that is perfect for my huge family to enjoy. And the flooring? Legit, it's tile, but it looks like real hardwood! Oh, and the master bedroom? It's got a fancy walk-in shower and a large patio to spend my time in peace.
Okay the bad part... so there were a few bumps in the road during the title process—some number mess-ups between the title and my lender —but Zen handled it like a total pro. She jumped into action, coordinated with my lender and the title company, and bam! Within 24 hours, everything was resolved. She was able to solve their mistakes so quickly. I signed those documents like a boss, thanks to Zen's hustle.
My expectations for this deal were incredibly high, as they should be, and let me tell you, Zen didn't just meet them—she freakin' crushed them! Despite a couple of hiccups along the way, her exceptional skills and dedication made it a smooth ride. Fixing mistakes and finding solutions? Yeah, she's a total professional. Although she has many clients, it always felt like I was the only one she was supporting. She made me feel like I was at the center of her universe.
If I ever decide to dive into buying my next property or selling my current property again, Zen is the one and only realtor I'd trust. Seriously, she's not only resourceful and an expert in the field but also someone I'd trust with my next real estate endeavors. So, if you're on the hunt for a property in Las Vegas, I can't recommend Zen's services enough.
