I am looking for a 1031 Exchange Intermediary to discuss some specifics on a property that my husband and I are hopeful to utilize a 1031 Exchange for. We are located in Western NY, any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

@Bethany James, The QI you select to work with does not necessarily need to be located in close proximity since 1031 is a federal statute functions the same in all states with a few nuances. For strategy you'll want to involve both your accounting/finance professionals as well as a QI who can help you craft a 1031 that meets the needs within your strategy. @Scott Trench, has given you a couple of the good accounting professionals here on BP. There are also several good QIs as well who can help you out.
