Can I 1031 exchange for new construction.
I am selling 1 of our rentals- a single family house and would like to 1031 into new construction. I have the land and plans for the new build. Is there any way of doing this using 1031 exchange?
The new build will be another rental built in back yard of existing rental home that we own free and clear.
