1031 traditional long-term rental to Airbnb?
I'm wondering if it's possible to do a 1031 from a normal long term rental property to a VRBO. I have one property I want to sell and do a 1031 one on hoping to buy another property in a different state that I do an Airbnb with instead of the long term rental like I had been doing. Is this allowed?
