Can anyone recommend a qualified intermediary for a 1031 exchange in the Virginia Beach, VA area? I'm also looking for a good closing attorney who can handle real estate transfers with potential estate issues (possible relative contesting sale). Two separate issues, so different recommendations okay. Thank you in advance!
